Unrepresented Groups in Election Law
Category of the population that can be distinguished by gender, ethnicity, age, social class, occupation, religion, disability, etc., whose interests are not represented, or are poorly represented, by their members within representative assemblies, government institutions, administrations or other representative or decision-making bodies.
