The Encyclopedia of Law is the broadest and (tries to be) the most complete open online free legal Encyclopedia available in the world. It provides a truly holistic and global view of peer reviewed and indexed entries with over 1,2 million records from 124 jurisdictions across more than 145 legal and related disciplines. Every record is carefully selected and indexed using the Legal Index and the Legal Thesaurus, to ensure discovery and retrieval of legal-specific information that law school students, lay people and legal professionals, across the world, can rely on. By producting this legal Encyclopedia, the Lawi Proyect tries to offer relevant, complete, open, accurate and of high quality information.
