Sensitive Material in Election Law

All material without which polling cannot take place. This includes ballot papers, the voter list, ballot boxes, seals, stamps and indelible ink. Sensitive materials can contain information about individuals or be used for fraudulent purposes. These materials must be handled according to strict procedures and are subject to special security measures.
