Road Taxes and the GATT Policy Negotiations

In relation to the GATT Policy Negotiations, Christopher Mark (1993) provided the following explanation and/or definition of Road Taxes: Excise taxes imposed on the sale or operation of motor vehicles, which have the effect of discriminating in favor of one type of vehicle over another.
