Literature Review on Organizational Culture
In the Encyclopedia of Public Administration and Public Policy, [1] Craig Lundberg offers the following summary about the topic of Organizational Culture: To argue, as is the intent of this entry, that some aspects of cultures, under some circumstances, are amenable to intentional management change suggests that we go beyond the contemporary culture debates, as well as the piece meal quality of the contemporary culture literature, to attempt to see more and see differently. Thus, this entry outlines the assumptions and common understanding of the phenomena of culture, as well as culture's functions and significance, and offers a framework for cultural understanding.
