Meaning of Normal Valu, according to the Dictionary of International Trade (Global Negotiator): A customs term meaning the price at which merchandise is sold or offered for sale in principal markets of the country from which it is exported. In some countries a comparison of the price said paid or payable by a local importer with the same item's normal value can provide the basis for and anti dumping investigation.
