Agreement between the States Parties to the Convention for the Establishment of a European Space Agency (ESA) and the European Space Agency for the Protection and the Exchange of Classified Information

About the Agreement about the Exchange of Classified Information

This is a new agreement to protect classified information that needs to be exchanged between ESA and its Member States in order to carry out agreed programmes of work.

The Agreement will enter into force thirty days after the date of deposit by two signatory States of their instruments of ratification, acceptance or approval. Thereafter, it will enter into force for each other signatory State thirty days after the deposit of its instruments of ratification, acceptance or approval.
