The common name for the Through Transport Mutual Insurance Association Limited, a mutual insurance fund of firms in the container or unit load industry. The insureds are member firms, and the membership is derived from three main groups: vessel owners and charterers, container terminal operators, and forwarders, multimodal transport operators, and others who lease, own, or transport containers.

The association is chartered and managed in Bermuda. It was founded in 1968 as a nonprofit association to insure its members against loss or damage arising from container shipments. Coverage available to members includes loss or damage to third-party property, other than cargo; death, injury, or illness of persons, other than employees; quarantine and disinfection of equipment; removal of damaged equipment; fires and penalties; misdelivery or delay in delivery of cargo; and financial losses arising from a member's breach of contract with third parties.
