Codex Alimentarius Commission in relation with International Trade
In the context of trade organizations, Christopher Mark (1993) provided the following definition of Codex Alimentarius Commission: An organization established in 1963 by the Food and Agriculture Organization in conjunction with the World Health Organization to establish international standards for raw and processed food products.
