Summary of American Goods Returned
A provision, contained in Item 800.00, of the Tariff Schedules of the United States that permits duty-free return of merchandise of American manufacture. In order to qualify for duty-free return, the goods must not have been manipulated or advanced in value, except for the packaging of the product. See TARIFF SCHEDULES OF THE UNITED STATES.
