Summary of Arrival Draft

A documentary draft payable upon the arrival of the goods. Customarily, the draft, without accompanying documents, is presented to the drawee upon receipt in the port of discharge; it must be accepted upon arrival of the vessel carrying the goods, or immediately thereafter.
