General List

General List

In tenns of art. 26(1)(b) of the Rules of Court of the l.C.J. of 12 April

1978 (J.C.J. Acts and Documents No. 6), the registrar of the Court is required to maintain

a 'General List' of all documents instituting proceeds in contentious cases or requesting

advisory opinions.
