About the Authors

Robert Sellers Smith has practiced law in Huntsville, Madison County, Alabama for over 40 years. His practice areas include Tax Law, Business Law, Wills and Trusts, Probate Practice, and Immigration Law. A member of the Alabama State Bar, Mr. Smith received B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Virginia and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama Law School.
