Us Executive Order 13382
Executive Order 13382 in 2011
United States views on international law (based on the document “Digest of U.S. Practice in International Law”): On August 10, 2011, OFAC designated two entities (Commercial Bank of Syria and Syrian Lebanese Commercial Bank) pursuant to E.O. 13382, “Blocking Property of Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferators and their Supporters.” 76 Fed. Reg. 50,813 (Aug. 16, 2011). All other E.O. 13382 designations in 2011 relate to Iran and are described in Section A.2.b.(3) above.
