    Kalagny Is A Non-profit Organization Established In 1986 To Promote The Interests And Benefits Of Its Members Made Up Of Mostly Korean-heritage Attorneys Practicing In Greater New York. Its Membership Is Open To Not Only Korean-speaking Attorneys Of New York But Also Any Attorneys Duly Licensed To Practice In The State Of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut And Beyond, Regardless Of Their Age, Sex And Heritage.

  • National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Region:

    The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. (NAELA) is a professional association of over 4,200 attorneys who are dedicated to improving the quality of legal services provided to seniors and people with special needs. NAELA members assist their clients with public benefits, probate and estate planning, guardianship/conservatorship, and health and long-term care planning, among other important issues.

  • National Association of Attorneys General Region:

    The National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG) was founded in 1907 to help Attorneys General fulfill the responsibilities of their office and to assist in the delivery of high quality legal services to the states and territorial jurisdictions. NAAG’s mission is: “To facilitate interaction among Attorneys General as peers and to facilitate the enhanced performance of Attorneys General and their staffs.”NAAG fosters an environment of “cooperative leadership,”helping Attorneys General respond effectively – individually and collectively – to emerging state and federal issues.

  • National Association of College and University Attorneys Region:

    The Association’s purpose is to enhance legal assistance to colleges and universities by educating attorneys and administrators as to the nature of campus legal issues. It has an equally important role to play in the continuing legal Education of university counsel. In addition, NACUA produces legal resources, offers continuing legal Education programming, maintains a listserv (NACUANET) and a variety of member-only web-based resources pages, and operates a clearinghouse through which attorneys on campuses are able to share resources, knowledge and work products on current legal concerns and interests.

  • National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Inc. Region:

    NACBA is the only national organization dedicated to serving the needs of consumer bankruptcy attorneys and protecting the rights of consumer debtors in bankruptcy. Formed in 1992, NACBA now has more than 4,000 members located in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

    The National Association of Criminal defense lawyers (NACDL) is the preeminent organization in the United States advancing the mission of the nation’s Criminal defense lawyers to ensure justice and Due Process for persons accused of crime or other misconduct. A professional bar association founded in 1958, NACDL’s 10,000-plus direct members in 28 countries and 90 state, provincial and local affiliate organizations totaling more than 40,000 attorneys — include private criminal defense lawyers, public defenders, active U.S. military defense counsel, law professors and judges committed to preserving fairness within America’s criminal justice system.
