Terms and Conditions (Ts & Cs) in International Trade

Meaning of Terms and Conditions (Ts & Cs), according to the Dictionary of International Trade (Global Negotiator): The terms and conditions that detail the rules that apply to fulfilling a particular contract and that form an integral part of that contract. Buyers and sellers must agree the terms and conditions to form a contract. In international trade are also know as General Conditions of International Sale.
