Protection of the Environment
In relation to the protection of the environment and constitutional law, Lana Ofak[1] made the following observation: Environment is defined as surroundings or conditions in which a person, animal, or plant lives or operates. The environment in which we live provides us with basic necessities for living and achieving progress. Adequate protection of the environment is essential to human well-being and the enjoyment of basic human rights, including the right to life itself.
