Meaning of Pallet Transporter, according to the Dictionary of International Trade (Global Negotiator): Vehicle for the movement of loaded pallets between an aircraft and the freight terminal or truck dock. Sometimes the functions of a pallet loader and a pallet transporter are combined into a single vehicle. See also pallet.
