Neutral Marks in International Trade

Meaning of Neutral Marks, according to the Dictionary of International Trade (Global Negotiator): Cargo marks ha agree with the relevant packing list but which do not indicate either the shipper or the consignee. Neutral marks are commonly used to reduce theft, when either the shipper or consignee is generally known to be involved with products having a “street value”.
