Literature Review on (Public Administration Theory) Network Analysis

In the Encyclopedia of Public Administration and Public Policy, [1] Naim Kapucu offers the following summary about the topic of (Public Administration Theory) Network Analysis: With the increase in network analysis-based research, there has been greater attention placed on the need for advanced methodologies. The use of network analysis within public administration, though limited, has been gaining popularity to address issues in various social contexts ranging from environmental management to disaster management, social service delivery to education policy, and economic development to transportation policy. Although network research is diverse in topical applications, there are still challenges to be addressed, such as use of basic network measures like centrality and density.
