Natural Resource-Based Products and the GATT Policy Negotiations

In relation to the GATT Policy Negotiations, Christopher Mark (1993) provided the following explanation and/or definition of Natural Resource-Based Products: Designation for one of the negotiating groups in the Uruguay Round that focused on trade barriers affecting non-agricultural primary products, including forestry products, fishery products, and nonferrous metals and minerals.
