International Service Provider in International Trade

Meaning of International Service Provider, according to the Dictionary of International Trade (Global Negotiator): A service provider is a business that supplies expert care or specialized services rather than an actual product. In international markets, the term is used for companies that offer a variety of services such as: business management, technology, consulting, education and training, software and web services, engineering, marketing research, advertising and design, etc. Other service-related businesses, such as banks or mechanics, rarely are called a service provider, even though the name would fit. The commercial relationships between the service provider and its clients in international markets are governed through an International Services Contract.
