International Organisations And Treatie

International Organisations And Treatie

Legal Issues

International organisations and treaties or conventions are inseparable. An international organisation is always based on an international treaty or convention. On the other hand, an international treaty or convention often, though not always, needs a mechanism (organisation) to implement it. The names of certain international organisations and treaties or conventions occur frequently in the legal and economic literature and documents relating to international trade and commerce.(1)
