  • International Court of Justice Yearbook (I.C.J.Y.B.) (1947 to date). The Hague: The Court, 1946-. Provides general information on the organization, jurisdiction, activities, and administration of the Court. Appears in the third quarter of every year. Includes basic texts, the Charter of the U.N., the Statute of the I.C.J. and rules of the Court, a chronology of all the cases to date, biographies of judges, information on the work of the Court, summaries of cases, etc.
  • Permanent Court of International Justice (P.I.C.J.). Judgments, Orders and Advisory Opinions. The Hague: Permanent Court of Justice, 1922-1946. Predecessor of the I.C.J. (see below). The I.C.J. Yearbook (see supra) gives the full title of each case to facilitate the official citation of Pleadings, Oral Arguments and Documents.
  • Reports of Judgments, Advisory Opinions and Orders (I.C.J.) . The Hague: International Court of Justice, 1947-. Current decisions are available on the ICJ web site . Older decisions are available to subscribers on WESTLAW (INT-ICJ), 1947 to date. The I.C.J. Yearbook gives the full title of each decision to facilitate the official citation of Judgments, Advisory Opinions and Orders.

Periodicals

The U.N. publishes a “Report of the International Court of Justice ” in the General Assembly Official Records Set for each session as Supplement No. 4.

The International Court of Justice Registry regularly issues a Bibliography listing such works and documents relating to the Court as have come to its attention during the previous year.
