In the Encyclopedia of Public Administration and Public Policy, [1] Gerald T. Gabris offers the following summary about the topic of Management Theory: Human Relations School: In human relations management, it is assumed that management has a responsibility to treat employees with respect, dignity, and value in order to motivate and develop the full performance potential of employees.
