From the book The Clergyman’s Hand-book of Law, about Priest, Deed, Funds (1): Where it was claimed that a priest purchased lands and took the deed in his own name and paid therefor with funds belonging to the congregation, the conveyance will not be decreed by the court only upon the clearest and most satisfactory evidence.481

Coefficients of Funds (in the Human Development Area)

In this context, Coefficients of Funds means: is the excess of 10% income of the population with the highest incomes, and 10% of the population with the lowest incomes. This index is the ratio of average incomes in the upper-and lower deciles.
