Meaning of Freight Prepaid, according to the Dictionary of International Trade (Global Negotiator): A shipping arrangement whereby the carrier is paid its freight charges by the shipper rather than by the consignee. This usually happens when the contract of carriage is between the shipper and the carrier. See freight prepayable.
