Facilities, the Constitution
From the book The Clergyman’s Hand-book of Law, about Facilities, the Constitution (1): So long as abundant facilities are given for the education of all the children of a district, it is not a violation of the constitution of the United States to keep negro and white people separated. The same rule applies to courts.637
