The Organization of American States (a list of Members of the Organization of American States is here) adopted the following international instruments regarding Arbitration and Settlement of Disputes:

  • Inter-American Convention on International Commercial Arbitration
  • American Treaty on Pacific Settlement (Pact of Bogota)
