In this context, Deprivation means: loss of economic fundamentals (food, shelter, etc.), social (health, education, etc.) and other benefits.

Deprivation (environmental) (in the Human Development Area)

In this context, Deprivation (environmental) means: is a loss of environmental sustainability as a result of simplification of the biological community. For example, depletion of vegetation or animal populations at a certain biogeocenosis, weakening of their populations.

In this context, Intensity of Deprivation Multidimensional Poverty means:

average percentage of deprivation experienced by people in multidimensional poverty.

Poverty (Deprivation Approach) (in the Human Development Area)

In this context, Poverty (Deprivation Approach) means:

here the poor are individuals whose consumption does not meet accepted standards in society that do not have access to a specific set of goods and services. That is, this approach poverty is not only insufficient income or low consumption of goods and essential services, but low quality food, lack of education and health services, inadequate housing conditions, and so on.
