Dangerous Goods in International Trade
Meaning of Dangerous Goods, according to the Dictionary of International Trade (Global Negotiator): Articles or substances which are capable of posing a significant risk to health, safety, o property when transported by air and which are classified according to the most current edition of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air, and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Dangerous Goods Regulations. Dangerous goods may be transported domestically and internationally by air.
