Consular Visa in International Trade
Meaning of Consular Visa, according to the Dictionary of International Trade (Global Negotiator): Any one of several official endorsements by a consul of a country. A consular visa can be issued for travel, consular invoices, certificates of origin, shipping documents and other legal documents.
