Summary of Commodity Paper

Drafts or bills of exchange arising from transactions involving the sale of commodities. The draft is usually accompanied by negotiable bills of lading, warehouse receipts, or similar documents of title permitting the holder of the draft to dispose of the commodities in the event the drawee defaults.
