Meaning of Commercial Treaty, according to the Dictionary of International Trade (Global Negotiator): An agreement between two or more countries setting forth conditions under which business between or among the countries may be transacted. It may outline tariff privileges, terms on which property may be owned, the manner in which claims may be settled, etc. See multilateral agreement.
