Kent offers the following summary about the topic of (Research Methods) Appreciative Inquiry: Appreciative inquiry (AI) is an organizational intervention that has been available for a couple of decades. It can lead to substantial organizational change both in terms of creation of new methods, systems, and structures and in terms of new or improved processes that are at the heart of the organizational performance. This entry describes the four stages involved in AI and describes some of the types of changes that result from the effective implementation of AI.
