Agreement on Textiles and Clothing – ATC and the Treaties of the European Union
Description of Agreement on Textiles and Clothing – ATC provided by the European Union Commission: The Agreement on Textiles and Clothing (ATC) is a WTO agreement, which foresees that trade in textiles and clothing will become subject to GATT rules within a ten-year period, i.e. before 1 January 2005. It replaced the Multi-Fibre Arrangement.
