This is the most-cited case by a very large margin. It is found at R. v. W.(D.)

Its popularity in citation is due, among other reasons, to the fact that R. v. W(D) is the High Court’s mantra on the three-part test for “reasonable doubt”, perhaps its frequency points to just how much difficulty triers of fact have, in criminal proceedings, when wrestling with this fundamental principle.
