Summary of Factor Reversibility

The act of intensifying the input of a given production factor and reducing the input of another contrary to traditional behavior. For example, a formerly labor-intensive pursuit such as farming may undergo factor reversibility when an infusion of capital machinery eliminates significant labor involvement.
