Agriculture, Department of
•Farm Market Directory – Search by county, address, market name or by product sold. Records include map, directions, hours and website when available. Also browseable by county and by product.

Arts, Division of
•Delaware Artists Roster – Searchable by category (literary, performing, etc), discipline (audio, crafts, dance, etc), services provided, county and awards. Records include information on artist/performer’s: Availability and contact information, Background and Experience, Fees for services, Types of services the artist provides and Special awards and honors.

Delaware Geological Survey (DGS)
•Delaware DataMIL (Data Mapping and Integration Laboratory) – The Internet Mapping Service for the State of Delaware. The DataMIL serves Delaware’s Spatial Data Framework, or basic map datasets, on which state agencies, local and county governments, academic GIS users, and the private sector can build their own GIS data. The Framework datasets are considered the most current and up-to-date base map information available and a data steward is identified to take ownership of each dataset and publish the only ??official? dataset for that part of the Framework. Datasets that change frequently are updated at least quarterly. The Delaware DataMIL Map Lab requires use of the Internet Explorer browser and serves PDF topographic maps, updated biweekly. Delaware DataMIL includes digitized aerial photography from 1937 forward.

Delaware State Courts
•Delaware State Courts: Opinions and Orders A database of opinions and orders from all levels of Delaware’s court system.

Education , Department of
•Find an Educator – May only be searched by first and last name. Records include school, position, degrees earned and Delaware and national certifications.

Elections, Department of
•Polling Place Locator – Database of registered Delaware voters and their polling places. May be searched by first and last name. Middle initial, name suffix, and ZIP code may be used to reduce the number of results.

Finance, Department of
•Business License Search – Searchable by license number, license status, business name, type of business, location, and dates of business activity. Results may be opened directly in Excel and entire database is available as a file download.

•Escheat – Unclaimed Property – Division of Revenue’s database converted to searchable PDF files. “A searchable database is provided that lists owners with a last known address in Delaware.”Lists are alphabetical by last name.

Management and Budget, Department of
•Minority and Women Business Enterprise Directory – Searchable by business name, business type, NAICS code and product/services keyword. Records include contact information and industry classifications.

Professional Regulation, Division of
•License Verification Search – Database may be searched by profession, type of license, last name, license number and location. Records include Licensee Name, License Number, License Type, License Status, Issue Date, Expiration Date, City, State and Zip and Public Disciplines.

State, Department of
•Non-Depository Financial Institutions – Searchable database of Licensed Lenders, Mortgage Brokers, Sale of Checks Companies, Motor Vehicle Sales Finance Companies, Cashing of Checks, Draft and Money Orders Companies, Transportation of Money and Valuables Companies, Exempt Licensed Lenders, and Preneed Funeral Contract Licensees. Database may be searched by type of institution, institution name, city or state. Records include Company Name, License Number, Address, City, State, Zip Code, and whether it is a branch.

State Police
•Sex Offender Registry – May be searched by name, address, development/subdivision. A browse search for people on the registry who were convicted out of state. Records include photo, address, registered offense and last known employer.
